Two-Factor Authentication Now Required
OpenAthens authentication service, which is used for off-campus access to Mercer University Libraries resources, now requires two-factor authentication when logging in.
Users will now see a Microsoft Sign In page to enter your email and password. You will then be prompted to approve your sign in request through the Microsoft Authenticator app. If you do not have the Authenticator app, you can select “I can’t use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now” for other sign in options.
