The Henry H. Tucker collection contains one account book. The financial transactions in the front of the book were recorded in 1884 and 1885. The back of the book contains clippings which have been glued to the pages. Most clippings are reviews of Tucker’s book, The Old Theology Restated.

It includes Smith’s diary (1873-1875), newspaper articles (1873, 1875), correspondence (1874), a commencement address made by Smith at Mercer University (1872), and sermons. The originals are located at First Baptist Church in Rome, Georgia.

Scope and Contents The collection primarily consists of music and theatre programs collected by Lantz during her lifetime. These programs include Lantz’s performances and those that she attended at Indiana University, Tift College, and Mercer University. The programs were originally grouped by organization and date, and this order has been retained where possible. Some programs include handwritten notes on the front and/or back of the item.
