The William Robert Pinkston Collection consists mostly of memorabilia from his graduation year, 1926. Two items are assumed to be at the University Center, a 1926 pennant and a 1950 uniform jersey.

Both were graduates of Mercer University and faculty colleagues at Locust Grove Institute. With this collection comes two boxes of Pinckney Pollock’s work. In box 1, one can find correspondence, and within box 2 one can find memorial addresses, newspaper clippings, and Trustees’ Minutes excerpts.

The Mary Poole Cranford Collection contains letters, transcripts, newspaper clippings, writings, and photographs belonging to Mrs. Mary Poole Cranford, a white female author, journalist, editor, and social commentator in the early-to-mid-20th century.

The Nathaniel Macon Crawford Collection includes correspondence, legal documents, manuscripts, miscellaneous materials, photographs, and a scrapbook.

The Eleanor Fay Allen Cunningham Papers contains one scrapbook (1948-50), one letter from Ms. Cunningham (September 15, 1995), and one loose photograph of Ms. Cunningham (c.1995).

The Robert E. Wilder Collection holds photos, newspapers articles, correspondence, correspondence between Dean Taylor, and "Mercerian" articles about or written by Robert Wilder. Most of items in the collection relate to his time as a basketball player and basketball coach at Mercer University.
