Fernando Coello McConnell Papers
The collection mainly contains McConnell’s sermon notes and outlines from 1856-1929.
Ferrol Sams Papers
The Ferrol Sams collections contains eleven boxes of handwritten and typed book manuscripts, both edited and unedited; it also contains the author’s correspondence and other personal papers.
Frank Arthur Hooper III Papers
The Frank Arthur Hooper III Collection consists of 29 carte de visites, 16 cabinet cards, and one memory book. The items were donated by Marjorie F. Hooper, widow of Frank Arthur Hooper, III, who was the grandson of Frank Arthur Hooper of the Mercer University class of 1885. During his grandfather’s time at Mercer, he collected carte de visites of classmates and other students during that time. Most of the cabinet cards are unlabeled and are likely of family members.

These four boxes contain biographies, communications, correspondences, illustrations and photographs along with written works related to George P. Oslin.
George Sherman Carpenter Papers
The George S. Carpenter Collection contains brief biographical papers, including a magazine sketch of his life, a letter from the President of Mercer University, and a proclamation for a day in his honor. The collection also contains some court materials that he actively worked on, as well as Superior Court Judges of Georgia items.

The George William Garner Collection contains one large, ornate scrapbook from Mr. Garner. The scrapbook contains several cut-out articles from The Christian Index.

Henry Holcombe Tucker Papers
The Henry H. Tucker collection contains one account book. The financial transactions in the front of the book were recorded in 1884 and 1885. The back of the book contains clippings which have been glued to the pages. Most clippings are reviews of Tucker’s book, The Old Theology Restated.
