This collection includes personal files from Smith, files from the churches he pastored, and miscellaneous files. The miscellaneous files include a variety of topics, including evangelism, marriage, and writings by different artists.

The collection contains Taylor’s research about Southern Baptist Missionary Thomas J. Bowen and his family, as well as Taylor’s own personal papers and writings.

The Tippett Papers are divided into six sections, which were removed from a notebook. All relate to Southern Baptist church organizations and activities. Materials are primarily related to Sunday School and Training Union in the late 1950s and early 1960s and include materials for teachers, lesson outlines, attendance contests, and information on enlargement campaigns.

The Charles L. Whaley Collection contains five boxes of materials produced by or related to Charles Whaley and Lois Linnenkohl Whaley and their lives as missionaries to Japan. The collection also includes yearbooks from Seinan Gakuin University. Most of the items in the second accession are undated and were kept in their original order.

The collection primarily consists of music programs collected by Collins during his lifetime. These programs include Collins’ performances and those that he attended at Tift College and other institutions (mainly churches). The programs are in chronological order. The collection also contains Collins’ college degrees, plaques, a scrapbook, and a framed item from Tift College.

This collection includes files from different Baptist churches, such as Groove Level Baptist, Beaufort Baptist, and Woodland Hills Baptist Church.

Scope and Contents The Eugene S. Mitchell Collection consists mainly of items from Mitchell's education at Mercer University (1857-1860) and correspondence from during and after the American Civil War (1862-1871). Series 1 consists of correspondence, mostly from Mitchell to Chloe Emma Lewis, his future wife. Scope and Contents The Rufus Washington Weaver Collection contains reports, correspondence, and other university-related documents from his time at Mercer University. The folders of the Weaver Papers are not in alphabetical order throughout the collection as a whole, but rather are generally alphabetized in groups of folders.
