The collection includes materials related to the running of the Baptist Woman’s Missionary Union of Georgia. These items include meeting minutes, photographs, audio-visual materials, scrapbooks, serial publications, promotional and event materials, and memorabilia. The collection is divided into 15 series, largely based on the type of materials and the contents. Some boxes are more processed than the rest. The Caroline Paul King Papers contain materials related to Mrs. King’s career as a musician and music teacher (1928-1970), including programs, correspondence, news clippings, photographs, certificates, and adjudicators’ comment sheets from competitions and festivals. There is also a folder of newspaper clippings and programs relating to Mrs. King’s family, 1950-1998.

Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Duncan Family Collection is divided into 5 series. Series 1 contains materials from Pope Alexander Duncan Sr., while Series 2-5 contain materials from Pope Alexander Duncan Jr. As a general rule, Duncan Sr.'s (d. 1938) sermon notes (Series 1) extended to no more than two handwritten half-sheets of paper or one typed half-sheet paper. Scope and Content Note From the Collection:

The William J. Morcock Collection consists of sermons and daily business dealings of the Morcock family. Twelve folders contain sermons and essays written by Morcock, spanning the period 1849-1874. Three folders contain receipts for purchases made by the family between 1851 and 1895. A journal/account book covering 1870-1879, a small collection of correspondence from 1855 to 1863, and some miscellaneous writings of or about other members of the family complete the collection.
