Box 1 contains correspondence, account papers, and Bursar records. Box 2 contains speeches, sermons, and other materials related to his work in the Baptist denomination. Box 3 contains copper plate lithographs used in the printing of The Story of Georgia Baptists.

The Columbus Roberts Papers include personal records (clippings/time line, correspondence, manuscript, photographs, recordings of interviews, scrapbook, and speeches) as well as materials related to the Georgia Milk Control Board, the Georgia Milk Producers Confederation, the Georgia Temperance League, and Mercer University.

Scope and Contents The Rufus Washington Weaver Collection contains reports, correspondence, and other university-related documents from his time at Mercer University. The folders of the Weaver Papers are not in alphabetical order throughout the collection as a whole, but rather are generally alphabetized in groups of folders.
