Scope and Contents
The Archives Department records contain office files—correspondence, forms, promotional materials, reports, and other papers—from Susan Broome, who was Head of Special Collections from 1995-2005; Arlette Copeland, who was Archives Assistant from 1999 to 2022; and Laura Botts, who was Assistant Dean for Archives and Digital Initiatives from 2006 to 2020. Series 1 contains forms completed by patrons doing research in the Archives, filed by fiscal year, which runs July-June. Series 2 contains the daily sign-in logs used to track patron numbers; they are also filed July-June unless otherwise noted. Series 3 is actual office files.

Restricted access to Series 1 and Series 2. Series 3 is unrestricted. All requests subject to limitations noted in departmental policies on reproduction.
