This is a silver coin made in Syria during the Seleucid Kingdom (a Hellenistic state created by one of the generals of Alexander the Great of Macedon). This coin is of Antiochus VII and it was struck in the city of Tyre (in modern Lebanon). The head of Antiochus VII is on the obverse, and on the reverse is a standing eagle with a monogram of Tyre.
