Chappell Classroom

The Archie Chappell Classroom is located on the second floor of the library, to the right from the main entrance.

This space is equipped with an interactive projector/whiteboard system and 18 networked workstations with Microsoft Office Suite. When no instruction classes or other activities are scheduled in the classroom, it is an open access computing lab with:

                                • Collaborative space, seating, and tables for group and individual work
                                • Printing available from print station near the reference desk


Frequently, librarians work with students in Research Instruction classes. This is the classroom's priority use. For more information, please refer to the Chappell Classroom Usage Policy.


The Chappell Classroom may be scheduled for presentations, training sessions, or other activities when available. Prior to a scheduled class or activity, adequate time will be given for those using the classroom to save their work and clear the room. To schedule an activity in the Chappell Classroom, contact:
