Conditions Governing Use

Some photographs are damaged with plastic residue and there are photographs to which negatives are stuck, but the bulk images are useable. Gloves should be worn to handle them, as the paper carriers are damaged as well.

General

Some folders are labeled Ike and after Ike. Ike is Rev. Isaac Igarashi, Director of the Weriton Christian Center and pastor of the First Baptist Church of Weirton, until 1960 or 1961. Igarashi was the last person to be both pastor of the church and director of the center.

In cases where the back of photopraphs can be accessed, nearly all are identified, even loose smaller images.
