Series 1 is original correspondence. Series 2 is 13 boxes of subject files, International Ministries files, photographs, book proofs, published materials, pamphlets and written materials.

The collection contains originals, photocopies and photographic images of documents.
Processing Information
Archivist Betty Layton was hired for International Ministries, then called Board of International Ministries, and she began this Subject Files collection. It was added to over the years, until Head of Archives and Special Collections Jill Sweetapple removed it from a file cabinet and boxed it. There was an order to the files and that order was retained. No major changes were made, except for discarding duplicates, combining folders and replacing some acidic housing materials.
