Collection appears to contain two letters and one partial letter. The partial letter is only the last portion, signed W. N. Welker, with no date or address. The other pages appear to be two letters that have gotten intermixed, possibly one from "M.C.C." to W. N. Welker, Mar. 23, 1869 and one to Brother Brown from W. N. Welker, Mar. 26-27, 1869. These last two letters are both on the subect "Is Free Misionism a failure?"
