Six letters from Christmas Evans, a pastor in Wales. One original letter to "Brother Houghton," Aug. 12, 1814. Five typed transcripts with hand-written corrections: (1) to "my dear brother John Williams, New York," Feb. 6, 1796. (2) to "dear Friend," Nov. 7, 1800. (3) to "dear Brother," Apr. 1, 1816. (4) to "Brother Williams," Mar. 31, 1817. (5) to "dear Brother," undated, but late in life.
