Digital files of eleven scrapbooks of clippings about Baptist ministers compiled by Edward Judson Brockett, 1833-1919. Most of the clippings are about Northern Baptist ministers though some Southern Baptists are included. Clippings generally have biographical information and include obituaries and notices of appearances, retirements, hirings, etc. The sources of the clippings are, in most cases, unknown. Clippings are generally in alphabetical order with numerous minor exceptions where the compiler ran out of space on the appropriate page. Alphabetical divisions of the digital files are different from the original to facilitate ease of access.
