Step 1: If you haven't already, create your DynaMedex Personal User Account using a browser on Mercer's network before authenticating the app (this affiliates your account with Mercer's subscription). Step 2: Scan or tap here to download the app: Step 3: Tap the ‘Sign In’ icon and click 'Continue'. Step 4: Enter your User Account credentials, and tap ‘Sign In’. Step 5: After downloading the app, you're prompted to choose an installation option. Choose the option that meets your device storage needs. Verified provides complete contact and publication information, multiple quality metrics, submission experience data, and peer review indicators for over 7,037 verified journals across 18 disciplines in medicine. The Predatory list is a searchable database of deceptive and predatory academic journals. Suspected journals are analyzed against over 60 behavioral indicators to keep the community abreast of the growing threats and to keep researchers protected from exploitative operations.
PubMed indexes the MEDLINE database plus PubMed Central. MEDLINE is the primary database used for getting to the subject content of articles in medicine. Click on the "Get it @ Skelton Medical Libraries" button found with each abstract to link directly from the article reference to the full article for all electronic journals available at Mercer. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Public Access Policy requires that the public has access to the published results of NIH funded research no later than twelve months after the official date of publication. PubMed Central is the archive for these publications.
