askJack is primarily for Mercer students, faculty, and staff.

Will I need to wait?

To ensure equal access and fair treatment for everyone, questions are answered in the order they're received, whether in person, phone, or virtually.

Are the IM sessions logged or recorded?

The sessions are logged by the libraries for statistical purposes. It is generally not recommended to disclose private information such as social security numbers and passwords during any chat session.
