Biographical / Historical

“Judy” Ada June Cleveland Entwistle was born in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. She studied at Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Philadelphia, and Hartford Seminary Foundation in Hartford, Connecticut. In 1956, she was commissioned in Detroit, by the Board of International Ministries for overseas missionary service with her husband Maurice S. Entwistle. The Entwistles served in the former Belgian Condo 1958 to 1960; Zaire 1961 to 1964, and Belgium from 1965 to 1992. Her last office was as an associate of the Rev. Alistair Scougla, from 1986 until her death.
