Linens - embroidered linen (or grass cloth) items, created by women who worked at the Shaohsing Industrial Mission in the 1930s and 1940s. The mission was a project of the Chekiang-Shanghai Baptist Convention. The linens belonged to Mildred Proctor, who directed the mission from 1934 until 1940, or had perhaps been given to her sister Helen Proctor Padelford.

Items in boxes 2 and 3 include: Runner/bureau scarf with blue embroidery, Card table size cloth with blue dragon and other embroidery, Single blue mat with blue embroidery, Two mats with gold dragons and other embroidery, Six tiny embroidered napkins, One guest type towel with embroidered pendant, Two small card table size cloths and eight napkins, embroidered with various designs.
